Privacy
What we collect when you enquire, why, who can see it, and the choices you have.
What you share with us
When you enquire we collect your name and mobile number, and, if you choose to give them, your email, travel month, who is travelling, trip length, budget, departure city and any notes.
If you leave the planner after entering your name and number, we keep those details so a specialist can help you finish the brief.
Campaign and visit information
If you arrive from an ad or a link with campaign tags, we store those tags, the ad click reference, the page you first landed on and the referring site in your browser for 30 days, and attach them to your enquiry. This tells us which campaigns bring useful enquiries.
We use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. You can turn it off on this device with the button below.
How we use it
To call or WhatsApp you about your enquiry, prepare and send written travel proposals, and support a trip you choose to book.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see it
Only Wanderlynk staff with a role that needs it. Consultants see the enquiries assigned to them; managers see all enquiries. Staff accounts use two-step verification and changes are recorded in an audit log.
Your details are stored with our hosting and database provider. When you book, the suppliers needed for your trip (for example hotels or transport operators) receive only the details they need.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, by replying to any message from your Wanderlynk specialist.
You can turn advertising measurement off or back on at any time with the button below.
